APP CONTROLLED INTRUDER ALARM
Take your security to the next level by integrating your burglar alarm with your smartphone or tablet. iOS and Android apps give you the reassurance that your alarm has armed correctly, and any incident, from minor to major will be pushed to your device in an instant in the form of a notification.
Have you ever suffered from that nagging doubt in the back of your mind:
"Did I set the alarm when I left the house earlier?"
By using our app, you'll not only be able to log-on and check whether you armed the panel, but if you did find you had forgotten to arm the panel, you'll be able to do it right there and then in an instant. Or perhaps you had a visitor or cleaner, and you want to let them in without setting off the alarm, you can quickly disarm it for them.
Any number of mobile devices can be added to your account. Two levels of access can be granted; one level will allow the receipt of instant event alerts, the other will allow full access to the system to control it.
The HomeControl+ App and Cloud communications are fully encrypted to the highest standard (AES 256) and no sensitive user data is stored on the Cloud. Even if someone managed to get hold of your panel serial number, your user code, and your password, they still wouldn't be able to take control of your system as their phone wouldn't be authorised for access.
Once logged on to your system, you'll be able to view the status of all the detectors, the last 10 events from the history log, and the ability to set or unset any areas to which you have authorisation.
Push Alert Notifications can be configured so that you only receive the events you want to receive. Events are grouped into the following categories: set events, unset events, alarms and faults.
