With MyGARD monitoring is managed online through your own account, where you can change your keyholders, how you want to be monitored and check activation information from anywhere in the world. Upon activation MyGARD will call the premises to check for false alarms. If the alarm is not cancelled or the person who answers doesn’t give the right PIN we carry out your instructions - MyGARD will make phone calls, send text messages and e-mails to a maximum of 6 contact people.
In addition you register for G4S Security Services (UK) Patrol & Response service you can choose whether your contact person can authorise the G4S Security Services (UK) patrol to check your property.
MyGARD allows you to authorise G4S Security Services (UK) in a flexible way to minimise unnecessary costs.
