Without any maintenance even the best equipment will start to cause problems. That is why EVERY one of our installation has the back-up of a unique Bans Security maintenance package. We believe it is vital that a trained engineer carries out regular maintenance checks. And not only can we carry out physical checks, but our unique PC software can automatically make regular checks on the electrical health of the system and report any faults without you having to wait around for an engineer visit!
Your equipment will thus be performing at its best, and your security will be at its best.
As an NSI approved installer of security products, all of our engineers have demonstrated that they have the skills and qualifications to carry out maintenance, and all regularly receive training from the affiliated manufacturers on their latest products.
PC Software
Would you like more control over your alarm system? No problem. With the unique PC software suite Euro InSite, you can keep tabs on the status of your alarm system from anywhere in the world, and at any time.
Connection can be made via an ordinary telephone using your computer’s modem, or using IP (coming soon). Once connected you can check the log events, set or unset the system, open doors, and even view a remote keypad as if you were at site yourself!
Even diagnostic features are catered for, view the status of all the inputs and outputs of the system in real-time, and check the status of the battery charge.
You can even have the central alarm panel dial your PC everytime an activation occurs, allowing you to monitor your own alarm system.
